With a background in audio engineering and studio management, Esther previously managed Australia's iconic Studios 301, overseeing hundreds of recording sessions and coordinating projects involving international & locally renowned musicians, producers and engineers. The experience provided a unique understanding of the creative process from both sides of the glass and laid the foundation for a writing career spanning pop, EDM, country, hip hop and alternative music.

Driven by a relentless passion for songwriting, Esther immersed herself in collaboration, earning invitations to exclusive songwriting camps and label-led sessions while working alongside some of Australia's leading producers.
